Since its founding in 2011, PCS has completed over 20,000+ projects in trucks, buildings as well as telecom and data shelters.

Phase Change brings advancements in transportation of perishables and pharmaceuticals, buildings and structures, telecom and data centers, to solve critical energy, environmental and social challenges. Phase Change uses its proprietary software to analyze the energy efficiency needs of its customers, consults with end users of the product to design solutions that best serve a particular end use or application.

Govi is a visionary thought leader and seasoned business growth architect with over 25 years of leadership experience, scaling businesses globally, and transforming eco-systems across several industries including specialty chemicals, building materials, lighting, energy and the rapidly evolving Fourth Industrial Revolution. Mr. Rao is a co-founder of CARBON Group Global – a sustainable impact enterprise and a graduate of Villanova University. Govi serves on several boards including the Undergraduate Research and Innovation at NJIT, the department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology at Rutgers University, and the Center for Great Expectations. Govi is a contributing author of the Sustainable Enterprise Fieldbook (AMACOM 2008) and has testified to the U.S House of Representatives on IP and Innovation.

Dr. Sawafta is a serial entrepreneur starting his first company in 2004, developing smart materials for water and energy applications. He obtained his M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Quantum Physics and Nuclear Physics from the University of Alberta, and held various positions of increasing responsibility in academia, the US Department of Energy, and the private industry. He is a recognized global expert and thought leader in smart materials, phase change technology, computational science, biotechnology, and nanotechnology. Dr. Sawafta has served on several advisory committees and boards and has received many prestigious awards. He holds numerous patents and patent applications, authored more than 175 scientific papers and has delivered over 200 invited talks worldwide.

Wendy Dickey

Wendy brings over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, and IT leadership roles across several manufacturing and distribution organizations. Wendy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Management from the University of Kansas and is a Certified Public Accountant. She has expansive experience from public, private, and start-up companies leading projects to improve financial performance, reporting, and controls. Wendy was most recently the Division Controller for ITW Fluids North America, where she was a core member of the management team, successfully leading and profitably growing domestic and international business.
